空间被停了，邮件怎么写？（我不知道英文该怎么写）

大意就是说我那啥超标了，叫我写信到那个停封账号的部门，我就是要写信问一下我到底是为什么被停了，然后我要说明，我开多个账号只是为了自己的多个子站点使用，并不是为了贩卖二手空间，我并没有从中获利一分钱。我的英语实在太差了
