求救：ixwebhosting 不让买他的VPS了

今天上午买了个ix vps-x4 他们要电话确认，后台填写的联系姓名跟visa信用卡不一样，他们非得跟信用卡的拥有者通话，卡是我们头的他不会说英语，我就跟ixwebhosting的人大概说了下，他们非得要跟卡的主人通话，我准备转给我们头呢，电话突然断了，然后他们又打过来两次，都是接通了那边没人说话，可能是信号不好，然后紧接着ixwebhosting就来信说直到跟卡的拥有者确认过才能开通vps. 随后奇怪的是订单自动取消，我又下了个订单，但过一会又自动取消，没办法给他们打电话，他们说，系统已经自动把我们屏蔽了，让我们通过24小时help center解决然后创建了个 Ticket，然后就问他们为啥，他们就那样回复，问他们是不是不能买他们的产品了，他们回复说

这是怎么回事，以前这张卡买了好几个ixwebhosting的shared hosting了，是不是中国用户多了，牛起来了，朋友们给出出主意。怎么解决呀。

看这情况有可能是怀疑信用卡有问题
因为注册名字和信用卡名字不一样吧。。。
