IXwebhosting 我的FTP账号半个多月了不能登陆

使用IXwebhosting的空间一年多了， FTP账号登陆出了2次问题。

第一次是默认的FTP账号突然不能登录，后来新建一个账号可以登录了。

前半个月是第二次，本以为和第一次一样，创建个新账号就能登录，可是创建了好几个账号，还是不能登录。后来用翻译软件写的邮件去跟客服反映，回馈结果是他在美国能登陆我的所有FTP账户，建议我使用不同客户端、不同的地点登陆。我尝试了不同地点、不同电脑、不同FTP客户端，结果还是不能登录。我有2个空间账号，另外一个空间的FTP都一直使用正常。

请教各位是否有类似的问题，能否解决？非常感谢！

你检查一下你的ＦＴＰ账号的密码！！

我也能意识到密码的问题，但是我试了很多遍。重设密码、注意大小写，还是不行。

以前也有遇到过这个类似的情况，密码不对更改。是因为他不是同一个ＩＰ登陆的，ＩＸ为了安全就更改了其密码。

要不，换个其它FTP软件，看看有没有更详细的错误提示？

问题已解决，谢谢各位！
原因已找到，客服把他的登录日志发给我一看才发现，域名解析似乎出问题了。

我这解析：
web914.ixwebhosting.com IP=96.0.132.2

他的解析
web914.ixwebhosting.com IP=96.0.132.1

解析结果96.0.132.2和96.0.132.1不同。
我改用IP96.0.132.1,  不用域名web914.ixwebhosting.com就能登陆.
