We charge $75 to retrieve contents from our backup tapes.

We require the following:

- cPanel username and last 4 digits of the credit card on file with us along with authorization to charge the card after the restoration has been completed.

- the exact optimal time for the backup to be obtained given in Pacific timezone (example, best backup on May 31 2005 at 8:00am Pacific or earlier)

- the exact file(s) or folder(s) that need to be restored using the path to those file(s) or folder(s)

- the exact email addresses that need to be restored

- the database name(s) if any database(s) need to be restored

- whether you would like the current file(s), folder(s), email(s), database(s), or whatever is being restored to be overwritten by the restored file or whether you would like us to create a new folder to place the restored contents in

Please note that backups are only kept on the tapes for around 3 days, so the quicker we can obtain the relevant and necessary details, the less likely it is that the backup will be removed from our tapes. Please note that if your restore request is for contents over 3-5 days old, the probability that it is on our backups is very low. However, you can still request that we check to see if it might be available.
