lp流量过大被封了怎么办

空间里面的一个站存放的是我淘宝店铺的图片还有几首mp3 ，最近淘宝店铺里面的图片不显示了 一看邮箱发现了下面的这封邮件 ，我想进去把那些文件删除可是没有权限了 ，在c-panel里面修改权限也修改不过来，请问有没有朋友遇到过这种情况的？应该怎么解决。给他们回复邮件还没得到答复。

wellf5/public_html/ecdealer/taobao

你的图片，mp3文件超资源，最好关闭掉这些文件，开启防盗链，防止文件被盗链
