今天上午因为空间一直无法访问给GD发了个ticket内容是：

Hello,
I couldn't access my website through the domain name or dedicated IP .my website is taomeise.com and my ip is 173.201.85.242

Please help me have your ideas.

Thank you for contacting online support. I understand you are currently unable to connect to taomeise.com. After further review I was able to duplicate the issue. We are currently aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution. Unfortunately there is not a known time frame in which this issue will be fixed but we are working towards the quickest resolution possible. We appreciate your patience while we look further into this matter for you.

After reviewing the account you are on we also recommend upgrading to 4GH which is a newer server configuration.

If you currently use a Shared hosting account, you can migrate it to a 4GH® account, which offers improved performance. For more information, see 4GH Frequently Asked Questions.

NOTE: When migrating to a 4GH account, you cannot switch your hosting account's operating system. However, after the account migrates, you can switch it.

To Upgrade to 4GH

1.Log in to your Account Manager.

2.From the My Products section, click Web Hosting.

3.Click the domain name you want to use.

4.Go to the Customize tab.

5.From the Plan menu, select the new 4GH plan you want to use.

6.Click Save Changes.

7.Complete any necessary purchases.

他们正在努力帮你解决不过不能确定具体什么时间才能够解决，另外他们建议你升级到4GH主机，然后就是升级4GH的具体步骤了
