往ix主机邮箱发的邮件总被550 5.1.0 Address rejected退信怎么办？

刚刚买了ix的expert plan。将自己域名的NS从lunarpages改成了ix的。
从外部邮箱（gmail、sina、yahoo）发往[webmaster@我的域名]的信发不过去，说是帐号悲剧。
看DNS明明已被ix的NS解析到了mail914.ixwebhosting.com（sina的错误信息比较全，证实了MX解析正常），live chat也说这个地址是正确的。然后又说没解析完，让我等72小时。

Qi: as you can see, the reject information states that the MX is resolved to mail914.ixwebhosting.com, is that the correct mail server address?

Vadim Chichkanov: Yes it is correct

Qi: and, 550 means the mail server responded, and my old server is still running normally. if it had been a DNS error, then the mail should have sent to my old server. but now it seems the mail went to the correct server, but the mail914 doesn't have my account.

Vadim Chichkanov: Please wait

Qi: there is ON/OFF switch for DB server like MySQL. Is there some kind of master switch for the Mail server to work?

Vadim Chichkanov: postmaster@EXAMPLE.com   will be bounced because the option "Discard all messages" is on

Vadim Chichkanov: webmaster@EXAMPLE.com should not be bounced after DNS propagation completes

Qi: I checked the help file, it says if discard is on, there will be no error message return to the sender.

Vadim Chichkanov: No messages will be received by postmaster@EXAMPLE.com

Vadim Chichkanov: Please wait while DNS propagation completes

Qi: It can not be DNS problem.

注释：聊天记录中的域名已被替换为标准示例域名：EXAMPLE.com。

耗时半个多小时，95％的时间我在等他回复。最后叫我去ticket那边玩。

能否从你的IX邮箱发送到外部如Gmail呢？

用webmail从里往外发（例如从webmaster到gmail）没问题。从里往里发（例如webmaster发给postmaster）也没问题。

以前遇到过这样的情况，就是ＭＸ记录没有生效。
你用nslookup查一下，你的ＭＸ记录与ＩＸ域名管理的那里的ＭＸ是否一样。

如果一样，且已经生效，你可以新添加一个邮箱，试试看。

MX        10 mail914.ixwebhosting.com.
ix的dns设置页、http://www.zoneedit.com/lookup.html 都看了，
和退信中提到的主机一样

你的域名帖出来看看。
另外，你在ＩＸ里面新建一个邮箱试试看。

问题已由ticket系统解决。的确是邮件服务器那边有问题。MX和退信中显示的一样，是正常的。
