我英文不好。用google翻译 用信用卡购买服务器的话。 开通好之后他是发邮件过来告知服务器ip等密码呢。 还是
打电话来告知 英文不好。 听不懂英文 |

打电话只是来确认付款信息以及这个电话是否有效。。。以后出问题要打这个电话的
电话确认后用户名和密码会通过邮件发到邮箱中 |

请问信用卡 购买 softlayer 主机 续费问题
我的 softlayer 信用卡账单日 是 每月8日, 那我在6日 那天往信用卡 里充钱 应该没问题吧 ,还是说要提前 72 小时呢
今天来了一封 email:
Greetings SL Customer:
Your next monthly bill for service is due on November 08, 2009. The total amount due can be viewed at http://manage.softlayer.com under the Administrative tab, Accounting sub-Tab, Next Invoice link.
Your current method of payment is a Credit Card ending in 2011. This credit card will be charged for the amount due, minus any credits you have listed on your account on the following date November 08, 2009. This billing process is automatic and no action is required by you.
If you would like to use an alternate credit card or PayPal to pay your upcoming bill, you may make a One-Time Payment inside the customer portal under the Administrative tab and Accounting Sub-tab. You can pay all or part of an upcoming bill using this method at any time during the month.
Please note, all payments are due in full on the monthly anniversary date. Failure to remit payment for services on the monthly anniversary date will result in a $20 late fee. If full payment has not been received within five (5) consecutive days, including the anniversary date, termination of public access to Customer services and a $50 reconnect fee will be incurred. Failure to remit payment for services within seven (7) consecutive days, including the anniversary date, shall result in termination of access to the service network and all services shall be reclaimed.
