关于CPU超限制问题，如何解决？

今天收到LP的邮件，说我CPU超限制了，但是我觉得没有任何异常操作啊，我的事WP博客程序，平均每天800IP,3000PV。请问如何查出是博客的哪里出了问题呢？大家有没有经验分享一下，先谢谢各位。

以下是LP给我的邮件内容:

1.0% average %CPU or less, 1.0% average %Memory or less, 0.2% for MySQL or less and Top Processes
below 20%.
If you require a higher usage then allowed on shared servers you might want to try a dedicated plan.

他们把index.php改成index.php.disabled致使我的博客无法访问，现在我又FTP修改回原始名了，恢复访问。但我怕他们会进一步采取其他措施封站之类的。拜托哪位大侠给些建议避免此类问题再次发生，在下不胜感激！谢谢！

一路同行

检测一下插件，一般wp插件比较消耗资源，暂时关掉一部分插件，等资源占用降下去再联系LP客服恢复目录权限就行了

请问如何检测自己的资源占用情况？

你看看空间里的tmp目录下有没有关于cpu超标的文件，一般超资源都会生成一个这样的文件的
还有就是比较粗暴的做法，先暂时关掉博客插件，特别是缓存、静态化类的插件
