上传nicewords网站安装问题

在安装nicewords时提示

You don't have permission to access /install/ on this server.

/install/index.php没有权限访问1
给install文件夹设777权限后又提示：File is writable by others, please fix permissions and try again.真的晕了！
问一下各位前辈有没有遇到过这样问题的，有的话，留个qq号码，给远程程处理一下好吗！或者跟我说一下原因，谢谢，新手没弄过，还请前辈们多多关照！

目录权限755还是不行？

权限错了，intall目录权限要755，里面的文件权限要644
