四个半月不更新的垃圾站点也会超标

事实上续费两年以后，LunarPages就开始找我的事情，超标不是一回两回，我已经把主要的站点转移到了别处。LunarPages上的站点基本上不更新了。
一个个人的博客，最后一篇文章是今年6月16日，  我自己都不去访问他了。 就在几天天， 告诉我首页 index.php超标了。  禁止了我的文件。
事实上我用了cos-html-catch插件， 人们访问到的是index.html

四个半月没有更新过的博客网站引发超标，我觉得LunarPages不厚道的程度已经太过分了。

As a result, we had to rename your script /home/*****/public_html/blog/index.php to /home/wapia0/public_html/blog/index.php.disabled

Please check your scripts are optimized and up to date.

Please note that the acceptable usage range for shared plans is
1.0% average %CPU or less, 1.0% average %Memory or less, 0.2% for MySQL or less and Top Processes
below 20%.

那应该超不了资源，还有其他网站吗，LP的资源监测是有点问题

有其他的网站，但是ticket中说的是这个网站超标。

资源是账户下所有网站共享的，先把那些插件暂时关掉吧，有的插件很耗资源的

kingto

wp和drupal等这些程序确实有点耗资源
