LunarPages主机更换服务器的来信内容--版主请进

这是之前本人向LunarPages提问的问题，对方说如果解决被中国防火墙封的问题，需要更换服务器．详细内容如下：希望版主帮忙翻译个大概，并且提供一个回复内容模板．本人换空间配置只要与现在一样的就可以了．

Hi,

Dedicated IPs will not resolve issues with "Great Firewall of China" because
the IP still traces back to the same PTR record as the Shared IP address on
the server. Basically the GFoC filters out any political, religious, sexual or
otherwise content that they do not want to be seen within China. So, Customers
who host with Lunarpages, or ANY host for that matter, that is not segregatory
or discriminatory with these types of sites, they may have issues with Blocks
from time to time. There's no real way to resolve this or guarantee it can't
re-occur.

We can, however, move your account to a server whose IP address is not being
blocked on the China firewall. Moving to another server to avoid China
firewall blocking would only be a one-time offer.


If you would like to continue with the move to another server, please let us
know if you require any of the following:

ASP - Active Server Pages Support ($1.00/month per domain or subdomain)
JSP - Java Server Pages Support ($2.00/month per domain or subdomain)
mySQL 4.0 or 4.1  (Please confirm which you require)
PHP 4 or 5
PHP exec(), system(), or dl() functions

Please let us know if you have any of the following currently:

ASP - (Provide domain(s) and/or subdomain(s) it is enabled on)

JSP - (Provide domain(s) and/or subdomain(s) it is enabled on)

Ruby on Rails - (Provide Application Name and Path; Is it fastcgi, or
mod_ruby?)

Add-on domain(s) - (Provide name(s) and corresponding folder(s))

Dedicated IP - (Provide IP digits)

Mailman Mailing List(s) - (Provide name(s))

MySQL databases? - if you have these, please back up the SQL databases using
the 'backup' option via cPanel.  You have the option here as well to backup
the full account, home directory, email aliases and filters as well.  These
are recommended when considering a move of the account.

Parked domain(s) - (Provide name(s))

SSL Certificate - (Provide Domain it is enabled for)

Email Defense: - (Provide domain(s) it is enabled for)

Custom Mail/MX records: (Provide them here)

Custom DNS Records: (Provide them here)

If you wish to proceed, for security purposes to confirm you are the account
holder, and since you did not sign up with a credit card please provide;

cPanel or Plesk username or the primary domain on the account:

First and last characters of the password on file:
Your full postal mailing address:

Telephone number:provide the last 4 digits of your credit card on record.

I confirm that I don't have any special requests included in the list provided above. All I want now is to purchase a dedicated IP. Please advice me how should I submit the payment for the dedicated IP.

换服务器也可以
不过换服务器还可能被封

你要是写了，对方给你回这么一封信（这封信内容之前本版有过讨论），反正都要买独立IP，直接指明简单明了，节省你的时间。
