我写信要购买独立ip，　然后给我的回复是：

Hello,

Dedicated IPs will not resolve issues with "Great Firewall of China" because the IP still traces back to the same PTR record as the Shared IP address on the server. Basically the GFoC filters out any political, religious, sexual or otherwise content that they do not want to be seen within China. So, Customers who host with Lunarpages, or ANY host for that matter, that is not segregatory or discriminatory with these types of sites, they may have issues with Blocks from time to time. There's no real way to resolve this or guarantee it can't re-occur.

We can, however, move your account to a server whose IP address is not being blocked on the China firewall. Moving to another server to avoid China firewall blocking would only be a one-time offer.

If you would like to continue with the move to another server, please provide the information requested in the previous response. Please be advised that we will also need to postal ZIP code on account records for full verification. Please also advise if you would like to continue with adding the dedicated IP address to the account (although it will not resolve the issue with China's firewall blocking your access to the server).

是不是说光购买独立ip并不能有效的防止被封ip，还要换个服务器？

只要你的网站没问题就行
怎么我买独立iP就没有这样的回信，直接就卖给我了

不知道啊,我把tracert 的结果也发给他们了,问他们换ip能解决不,然后就给我了这个回复

可以解决，一般国外客服都会尽量希望你买更贵的主机，比如独立主机，所以他们会不断的推荐之。
但是其实被防火墙屏蔽最简单的办法就是换个IP

我们弄过很多了,换IP就没问题了
