BH的Transfer Domain不是免费的吗？

在CPanel控制面板中点击Transfer a Domain，显示下列提示：

NOTE: Registrar Transfers are FREE, but you MUST finish all 4 steps of this wizard to complete the transfer. Your domain must already be registered with another Registrar in order to begin. In order to prove to the winning registrar capability of future payments, we must extend the registration by at least one year after the current expiration date. The time from now until your current expiration date will also be transfered for FREE so you will not lose anything you've already paid for.
WARNING: Some Registrars will LOCK the domain when it approaches close to the expiration date. Since you don't lose anything by transfering, the sooner you transfer, the better chance you have of completing the transfer and the safer your domain will be. You don't gain any more registration time by waiting anyway.

“Registrar Transfers are FREE” 不是指免费的意思吗？
为什么我一步步按提示做下去后，最后要收 $10/year ？？

比如我以前在Godaddy买的一个域名 godaddy.com 期限是 07/04~08/03
现在想转到BH， 从现在算期限的话是 07/06~08/05
续费一年是指交哪一部分的钱？
等Godaddy到期了，还要两边都交钱吗？
