买一gigenet.com的服务器，他们网站上明显写着ddos保护，但是我用了发现跟本不行，还说要另外收费，要求退款不成功，现在只能通过PAYPAL退款，由于本人英文水平有限，请达人帮忙。

主要就说，卖家在网站上明显写着有DDOS保护，但没有任何关于额外收费的说明，在我使用他们服务器后，却说DDOS保护要另外收费，这是很明显的欺诈和误导消费行为，跟他们协商退款一直不能成功，现在通过你们退款，请帮助我，谢谢

Hello. The seller's website marked clearly that their dedicated server supports the ddos protection and they haven't indicated that buyer needs to pay extra expenses for it. After I purchased it, they told me that I've got to pay the expenses for the ddos protection. This behavior deeply misled buyers and I got very angry. They refuse to refund my money. so now, I just would like to request paypal to refund my money. Thank you.
