帖子比较长,请耐心查看,然后,我有几个问题想请问一下斑竹,因为实在被搞郁闷了.
在去年5月27号,我买了 FrozenMidnight.com(下面简称 FM)的空间,40美圆,自己定义的空间大小和流量.
在一两个月后,空间总是出现问题,联系管理员,那里的人说是我的论坛负荷太大,于是我关闭自己的论坛,他的服务器结果还是一样当机,持续了一个星期,于是我对他们强烈不满,退钱是不可能,后来发生很多矛盾,我还把这个事发到了webhostingtalk.com论坛上,跟他们对骂了很久,最后不了了之.在那个过程中,我要求他们删掉了我的空间,也没有再理会..
今年5月27号,突然收到邮件,说我被FM扣去了40美圆.
我感到很愤怒,于是上去查看过去的邮件,并且翻了过去的帐号信息,用重设密码的方式,登陆了 他们的sales面版,发现他们给我生成了 今年的帐单,并且连08年的也生成了. 更奇怪的是,我在里面怎么也找不到取消这些帐单的选择,当然,也没有找到有自动扣款的选择.
于是,我连续发了几封邮件过去要求退款.
早上起来,收到了第二封邮件:
Jack,
We will refund this before Friday of next week. Because money is automatically transferred to our bank account, we will not be able to initiate this until Tuesday when we are back in the office and then it will take several days to process.
We will refund this before Friday of this upcoming week.
Additionally, please do not try and throw the blame on us. It is YOUR responsibility to cancel your own subscription. After the language you used in your past emails, you are very lucky to even be receiving a response from our team on this matter.
Thank you for your patience, as I said before it will be refunded by this upcoming Friday.

大概意思说下个周五前会退我的钱,因为钱是自动扣到他们公司帐户上,而现在是周末,要到下周二到办公室上班才可以退钱.
昨天晚上,我先给他们发了一个邮件,问他们什么时候开始给我退钱?

让我去PAYPAL里新开一个争议.
我也没有太注意,就去PAYPAL里以没有收到商品为由开了一个dispute,然后让他们解决.
后来我有点警觉,为什么不直接退钱给我,还要让我去开一个争议?于是去查看PAYPAL的相关帮助,看了很多,争议就是要与卖家沟通,然后升级为补偿申请,然后在30个工作日内解决,资金先冻结.
大概的意思就是让PAYPAL去裁决.
那我就觉得很奇怪,既然已经答应退钱了,并且事实都已经清楚了,那为什么还要弄这么久,还要让PP去裁决,即使结果是我赢了,也至少需要个把月.
于是,我觉得这是他们故意刁难我,拖延时间,于是我又发了一封邮件:
but I think ,since we have agree with the whole thing, and you have agree to refund the money. then you can explain the whole thing to paypal.
I don't want to make the thing long time.
paypal says it will deal with in 30 days.
I don't want to so long time only for 40 dollars.
because it is so clear.
大概意思是让他们直接退钱就好,为什么要走这么多弯路?

说是一切由PAYPAL决定.
我更加愤怒了,于是开始给他们施加压力了,因为我手上有一切证据,包括过去的聊天记录和邮件信息:

and since it is so clear, and you had promised ,why you cann't refund the money directly.
I hope we can deal with the thing in one week.
in the past, I bought other hosting , and asked to refund money too, it was very fast.
I will wait one week. if you give me this attitude, I will do something. this time, I will try my best.

Do not threaten us; we have legal authority when you have this attitude. We will NOT tolerate threats.
PayPal is going to handle this. If you have any problems or any questions or any issues with how we are doing this, ADD IT TO THE CASE on PayPal! That is what it is there for.

居然说我不要威胁他们,他们不会害怕威胁.让一切事交给PAYPAL处理.
我也不会害怕他们的,这真的是一个流氓公司,答应了退钱,还要故意刁难,我打算放弃40美圆,但是绝对不会让他们好受的.
于是我再次发邮件:
but you have promised to refund the money before Friday, and I have kept all the evidence.
I not threaten.
I just only strange, why so clear thing, and you have promised to refund, why you cann't refund the money directly.
I don't care legal authority, and I don't care 40 dollars. If you have this attitude,I will not give up.
我说你们自己答应在周五前把钱退我的,我保存了所有的证据.
我并不是威胁.
我只是奇怪,一件如此简单的事,并且你已经答应退钱,为什么不能直接退钱给我?
我不害怕法律行为,我也不在乎这 40美圆.如果你还这样对我,我绝对不会放弃的.
也许这次的话起了作用,他们马上就把钱退了我,并且还回了这样一封邮件:
Jack,
Your money is refunded.
I do not want to hear from you again.
If this happens again, I am telling you ahead of time, we will NOT refund you.
I assure you of this.
