To cancel your account and have a refund issued, please verify you are the account's owner by replying with the last four characters of the cPanel login password or the last four digits of the credit card on file -- this is for security purposes. If you have paid with PayPal, you may respond with the PayPal Transaction ID for your purchase.
When a cancellation is processed, we delete all of the content from the account. This includes emails, files and databases. Once they have been deleted, there is not a possibility of restoration. Please confirm you have backed up all necessary files before we process the cancellation.
