In order to provide a refund, the product that was purchased would have to be canceled.
To cancel a product, you would need to do the following -
1. Log into Account Manager
2. In the My Renewals and Upgrades, select Payments and Renewing Items
3. Place a checkmark next to the product(s).
4. Above, select the button Cancel Item
5. On the right, it will ask if you are sure or not.
6. Click Save Changes.
Once the product has been canceled, you can reply back to this email for us to process the refund. If eligible, the timeframe for refund to appear back on original method of payment can take 5-7 days.
By the way, you got the SSL for free, you did not purchase this SSL.
