8. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
9. Select the payment option and click on the ‘Continue’ button.
If you are unable to renew the domain name, then please get back tous with your domain name, answer to the Security Question and thenumber of years that you wish to renew. Also, authorize us to chargeyour credit card to renew your domain name. Then we will renew thedomain for you.
Also, I have noticed that you have not set the Security Questionfor your account ‘chenhua’. In order to set the ‘Security Question’ forthis account, please follow the steps given below:
1. Log into the vDeck using your account username and password.
2. Under ‘Account Information’ section click on the ‘Set Security Question’.
3. In ‘Security Question’ page choose ‘New Profile’ and then enter your name in ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ block.
4. Select the ‘Security Question’ from the drop down box and then set the ‘Security Answer’.
5. Then click on the ‘Save’.
Once you have done, then please confirm with us. So that we can send the Authorization code for your domain name.
