需要一个标准用语的信件（无法解决）

一个技术询问，发了3次，空间客服都看不懂，我是用雅虎翻译的，下面是他们回答说看不懂的3次回信

附--问题来源：
DZ的manyou也是N多人嚷嚷ERRCODE:111错误，无法使用。我也是这个错误代码，命苦啊。
安装DZ程序的时候，明确显示在服务器上所需要的函数都是允许的，包括fsockopen。

空间就是无法连接漫游的服务器。看了说明：

       1、网站服务器防火墙的问题，防火墙不允许向外网post数据，或者根本就不允许post数据     
       解决方法：暂时关闭防火墙。或者告诉空间商，您的服务器无法向外网post数据，能否做调整，如果不能调整，只能更换服务器。......

关键的地方应该是“向外网 post 数据”，可能技术术语不对，他们看不懂....我也不懂这个术语

这种问题.... 您自己都不知道术语的名词，怎么翻译别人也看不懂......
这种网络术语都是先由英语翻译到中文的，因此您必须得把完整的中文名称找到才能匹配到英文名....

外网就是因特网 向因特网发送数据是所有服务器都具备的功能，不能发送数据还怎么做服务器.......
所以这个词首先就不对
