我大前天申请退款，今天通知我域名要扣$19.46，请问大家都是这样么?我9月1号注册的，能不能全额退款呀？要怎么跟他们交涉，请求有经验的给个参考，谢谢！

空间30天之内是可以全额退款的。。但是注册了他的免费的域名，就要扣除域名的费用了。。

不过这个域名，你还是可以继续使用的。。
