Good afternoon Thank you for contacting us here at Lunarpages Web Hosting. If you currently have an account with us, then you should actually call our Sales Office so we can start your upgrade. You have 2 options, you can leave your current account open, or you can upgrade your account, and we can move the existing balance on your current account to your dedicated server. If you'd like, please provide us with your username and first and last digit of your password, so we can pull up your account. I can then go over the current credit that you have on your account and give you a quotation. Additionally, if you have a number that you would prefer to be contacted with, we can setup to have on our our sales reps call you first thing tomorrow morning when we open. I hope this helps. 有2种方式,
1,原帐户保持正常状态,即虚拟主机升级后还可以使用,和新购服务器同时使用。
2,升级您的帐户,即他们可以把您的原虚拟主机未使用完的日期换算成余额,然后抵消独立主机的这部分费用。
