I'm afraid I've been forced to suspend your account as it was causing the server to operate at extremely high load levels.

Normally we would move accounts to a temporary server while this issue is worked on, but due to the fact that you usage is to big we were not able to do so in this case. Please see the details below:

Please either have a look into drastically reducing your account usage, or if you'd wish to keep it as it is, we would strongly suggest considering an upgrade to one of our dedicated servers (http://www.lpdedicated.com)

Once you will let us know that you are aware of this issue we will grant you Cpanel access so that you may make changes to your site in order to reduce usage (if you don't want to upgrade your account to a dedicated plan).

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this matter. Please also let us know when you have made some changes to reduce resource usage so we may un-suspend your account.

Hello,

Along with this on a closer look we noticed some disk spaced being used on your account that does not appear to be utilized for your website(s) operational purposes. As per our Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy, shared server space is for business and personal website operations purposes only and not for unrelated data storage. It appears to us that the files located in the path below are unrelated data storage:

-rw-r--r-- 1 chine23 chine23 909612618 May 11 2008 /home/aaaaaaaaaa/public_html/mingxing/mx3q1.zip
Unless you are able to inform us how these files are in fact required for the functionality of your website we will have to ask that you please remove them from the server. Due to the large amount of space this unrelated data storage is taking up on the server we will need this done within the next 24 hours. If we do not hear back from you, we will have to compress the files and store them for you to download. This download will be available for a total of 5 days.

We thank you for your cooperation in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
