I apologize. Unfortunately, a server move is currently not available for GFOC blocks.

The newest solution is not perfect, however, it is the only solution that will basically ensure that your site will not be blocked in the future based on the actions of other customers on the same server. The purchase of a dedicated IP would be required for your account.
