因慢申请更换服务器-客服的回答不大明白.请大家帮忙

> Unfortunately, we won't be able to move your account for a slow connection like this. The traceroute does look slow, but it's easily possible that it's slowing down in an earlier part of the traceroute that's not showing. If your router or firewall have a 'ping blocking' (or similar) function, you may want to turn that off temporarily before running the traceroute to get a full trace, and not just the final hop.

里面有很多我比较生疏的词语解释不了希望大家帮我看看顺便也告诉我应该在没做他们才会给我换服务器谢谢
