我刚续费二个月就被关了

。。。刚续费二个月，，现在被关了，，而且只能选择升级，，关闭了不再开通。。又不能退款，，说只能删除账号。。

我的那个数据库也打不开了。。也没有备份回来，都不让我备份。。。

这次惨了，而且没有任何的提醒，，忽然之间就给我来个Email，说关闭了账号，，就这样没有了。。。说只能升级到VPS和专用服务器。。。

我要把网站删除，要他再开通账号都不行。。。。彻底的完了，，说我把一年的资源都用完了？我都不知道我一年能用多少资源，，唉。。。无限的空间，无限的数据库，，流量也不限制，，怎么就这样没了呢？

有没有谁有遇到和我一样的问题啊？

可能是超资源了吧，建议你和他们好好沟通一下。

来来回回。沟通了好多天了。。刚开始说退，，要我给账号密码后四位，，然后回过去，又说不能退，只能删除账号。。现在是左右都不行了。。我个晕死。

As this usage rivals that which is seen on a dedicated server, I would recommend to upgrade to either a VPS pro or dedicated server, or disable the script being used.

从信中内容来看，你是数据库超载所致。
并且他们建议你升级方案，否则就删除账户。

PS：出现不给你退款的主要原因可能是你违反了他们的服务条款。

不知道他们的标准是什么。。什么才算违反了他们的服务条款。这个是他们说的算了的。。他说超了就超了。。
