Please note that since this is not the first time your website is being blocked by the GFOC, we would, as my colleague suggested in our previous reply, ask that you purchase a dedicated IP for your account. Also, while auditing the content inside your account we noticed some disk space that is apparently being used for unrelated data storage:

/home/vbscr0/public_html/VGM

As you can see in our acceptable use policy http://www.lunarpages.com/aup.php) you can use such big files/folders for business and personal website operations purposes only and not for unrelated data storage:

"You agree not to run a banner exchange, free adult tgp (thumbnail gallery post) and/or free adult image galleries on your website. You
understand and agree that shared server space is for business and personal website operations purposes only and not for unrelated data storage"

Please confirm that all uploaded files are publicly available and related to your web site or please proceed with locally downloading the files if you still need them.
