后来我发信说请他们帮我解释一下，下面是最后一封邮件的内容，可我不太清楚应该怎么处理我的站。大家帮我看看，我最近的站访问比较慢，不知道是不是有这个原因。

个人觉得这种优化都是假的。。。
最终结果估计是叫你搬或升级到VPS

呵呵，是啊，现成的php程序一般没有优化的余地

那个建议都是统一的，比如让你升级脚本程序，关闭一些耗资源厉害的插件，等等
具体程序还要具体处理
