Dear Sir or Madam,
I cancled my account by mistake and I now want to restore it.
The last four digits of a payment: ****这里替换成付款文件的最后后四位数字****
或者是:
four-digit Call-in PIN:****这里替换成电话确认时的4位PIN码****
