有问题了，Lunarpages 说给我换服务器

lunarpages今年5月买的，之前还好，11月份就不行了，很慢。测试网速，国外都很慢。发邮件问了，沟通2次，说给我换服务器，上内容：
We can move your account to a different server. However, this will require a move to a different server, and you will need to download all files manually then upload them to the new account. Mail, unfortunately, cannot be transferred, so you will need to make sure you access all messages on the current server until your domain propagates. You will need to re-add any addon or parked domains, subdomains, mysql users, as well as email accounts and settings to the new control panel.

You can access your files via the control or FTP. Log in to the LPCP using https://PROBUS.lunariffic.com:2083 with your account username and password, or you can use FTP with host:

probus.lunariffic.com

You may use the backup tools in the LPCP to download all files and databases via your browser. After recreating databases on the new account, you can import the sql file via phpmyadmin. Please begin backing up files as soon as possible. The account will remain on the original server for 30 days before being deleted permanently.

While your domain propagates to the new server, you can access mail on the original server using webmail:

https://probus.lunariffic.com:2096

We will need the following to proceed:

Confirmation you are aware you must transfer your files:

The last 4 digits of the credit card on file for the account:
This request is for security reasons only.

If you can not supply the last 4 digits of the credit card, please provide:

The first and last characters of the password on file for the account:
The full postal mailing address on file for the account:
The telephone number on file for the account:

Please let us know if you have any of the following currently:

Ruby on Rails - (Provide Application Name and Path; Is it fastcgi, or mod_ruby?)
Custom Mail/MX records: (Provide them here)
Custom DNS Records: (Provide them here)
Additional perl modules installed for an app (Provide the module names so we can make sure they are added to the new server)

This is recommended when considering the move of an account.

Next, please provide us with traceroutes to the following servers so that we can identify the best one for you:

psi.lunariffic.com
gallus.lunariffic.com
jovian.lunariffic.com

Once we receive the traceroutes in order to compare the connectivity to these servers we can proceed with the move.


好像是让我下载所有的文件再上传，是不是很麻烦呀，如果不想换怎么和他们说，版主麻烦帮看一下

是的，你需要备份你网站的所有文件并下载下来，当他们为你更换服务器后，你需要重新设置域名，子域名，数据库，控制面板等，并重新上传你备份的文件到网站上来建站

版主大哥，通过LPCP已经文件备份，我的有700多M。是换了服务器全部直接上传上去就可以了吗，我用的是zen-cart模板，到时候要不要重新再上传、安装呢。还有Ruby on Rails - (Provide Application Name and Path; Is it fastcgi, or mod_ruby?)

这几个没看懂，是什么资料啊？

换服务器后需要重新上传的，第一个应该是提供facstgi或者modruby模块相关的应用程序和名称，二和三应该是提供你设置的邮件和DNS记录信息，第四应该是perl模块名称
