空间续费支付了两次，要求退回第一次的款
请问英文信如何写？

第一次支付了，但是交易记录上没有，他们邮箱给我发了封信，说出了点儿问题，让我重新支付。其实是支付宝跟他们的接口之间的问题，当时，我用袋里登录的后台支付（不用袋里登录不上），可是跳转到支付宝时，支付宝不认海外袋里服务器，导致，我在中途退出袋里然后支付，结果，虽然支付了，可是GD后台交易记录上没有——理所当然的，因为登录用户的ip变化了。

       I have renewed my product through Alipay,but you sent an email to tell me to Re-pay it,because there is no record of the first trading.I think the fact is the inte**ce problem between Alipay and your,because I login in Alipay to pay it through a proxy server,but the Alipay can't accept the overseas server,As a result,I login out the proxy and successfully pay it in the midway,Therefore,there is no record in the background of my account because the IP of login user has changed.now I want to have a refund of the first trading,thanks a lot!
PS:上述的inte**ce中的*号中代表了r f a几个单词，自己换一下，本论坛中显示不出来。
