我今年7月份买的fatcow空间，今天收到他们这个的邮件：

Due to the nature of your site, we are unable to provide hosting for you any longer. You should find alternative host. I have have enabled the FTP service of your account.  You can download all the website files to your local system.

Your account will be canceled on December 05, 2011.

If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.

我想给回个邮件，让他们给解决三个问题。1.将域名转出。 2.查看下我的FTP状态（现在FTP一直连接不上，无法下载我的网站文件）。3.退还剩余费用。
麻烦帮小弟给拟个英文的。先谢谢啦。

       I want to transfer my domain name,In addition,please help me to check the condition of FTP,I can't login my FTP account and download the files of website.If you are unable to provide hosting for me any longer,please give me a refund of the remaining costs.Thanks a lot!
PS:域名转移可以在自己账户中操作的，然后他们会给你发邮件，里面会有域名转移码的。
