LP空间三天打不开了,求版主高人解答

We have started an emergency migration to new hardware because the ballast server has file system errors.  We are using a backup from August 1st.  Unfortunately, we do not have advance knowledge of the exact time of when the transfer will be entirely completed as it is dependent on numerous factors, however, we are estimating the restore will complete by approximately 5pm Pacific time on Sunday, August 1, 2009.

Please note that you may check the current status for this server at any time in CAP via https://account.lunarpages.com/ with your cPanel username and password, then by clicking the Network Status icon.

三天前发现空间打不开,FTP上不了,管理面板也进不了,昨天下午能打开了,但数据变成前天的,而昨天晚上开始一直到今天都无法打开网站了,求版主高人指点一下,我这情况是不是被封IP了,还是真的是服务器迁移,如果被封了,我要如何处理,如何联系LP服务商????急

那应该是这个服务器的IP被封了，通过更换服务器可以更换IP
或者直接买独立IP

如何更换IP?  本人英文很差,是需要发英文邮件给LP吗??
