photonvps是不是支持随时退款

看他们条款里这一段：
1.6. Refund Policy Refund Policy Customer has thirty (30) days to do a "trial version" with our package. In these thirty (30) days period the customer has the right to cancel or demand a full refund if they are not satisfy with the service. However, after exceeding this thirty (30) day period the customer will not be entitled to a full refund and they will be billed until a cancellation is incited. However, customers are entitled to a pro rate refund for any unused days in a given month. This refund policy applies to only PhotonVPS hosting Services.

应该是30天全额退款，但后面好像也是支持30天后的退款。

另外还有一点，他们的域名是2008年注册的，但他们的BBB资料里却是：
