我决定买VPS，但客服发封邮件给我，我有些地方我不明白是什么东西来的，不知道要与不要有什么区别？

Before proceeding with the upgrade, we will need some details from you:
1. What control panel would you like to have? （这题我知道是问我需要什么可视化面板，我不需要太多域名，所以我选择C，但我不知道这个面板与Cpnel有什么区别？
a) No Control Panel
b) cPanel Control Panel (Unlimited domains license) - $35/month, $10 setup
c) Plesk Control Panel (10 domains license) - $0/month, $0 setup
d) Plesk Control Panel (100 domains license) - $35/month, $10 setup
e) Plesk Control Panel (Unlimited domains license) - $45/month, $10 setup

2. If you would like to have the Plesk Control panel, would you need any of the following add-ons? （这个我知道他问需要不需要为面板增强功能，第一个是是语文包，第二个就不知道有什么用？如果没有用，我两个都不要）
a) Plesk Language Pack ($6 per month)
b) Plesk Power Pack ($15 per month)

3. Would you like to have the Lunarpages managed hosting lite service (http://www.lpdedicated.com/managed/)?（这个完全不知道有什么用？）

4. Do you need any of the additional software? If yes and it requires manual installation and configuration, there will be a $75/hour assistance fee for this. To get further details, please mention the name of the additional software you would like to be installed. Your confirmation will be required to with proceed with this. （这个问我需不需要安装软件，这个我明显不需要）

5. Would you like us to move your account to the VPS server? If yes and the control panel on your original and destination servers differ, there will be a $75 per hr fee for files and databases moves. Moves between same control panels (i.e. cPanel->cPanel, Linux Plesk->Linux Plesk or Windows Plesk->Windows Plesk) are free of charge. We'll be waiting for your confirmation.
On a Plesk control panel you can set a number of accounts that are limited to the license that you will be choosing. For sample if you chose a 10 domains Plesk license then you can set 10 domains on it, and each of them will be independent of each other.（这个条款我觉得很霸王，为什么把我帐户转移到VPS要付款呢？同一个面板转移免费，那明显要我在第一个问题上选择用Cpanel，但每月要几百元RMB，太贵了，这个我应该怎样做呢？如果我自己转移我的网站数据，这还用钱吗？可否在这条详细说明，谢谢）

6. What billing cycle would you like to be setup?（这个不用看了，我选择一年12个月）
The setup fee is waived for the annual plan.
On the Virtual Privates Server plan you have the following payment options:

12 Months (49.95 USD/mo + FREE Setup) VPS

1、plesk面板和cpanel面板完全不一样的，是两个不同的面板
2、Plesk Power Pack 里面是一些应用的程序，有反垃圾邮件软件，Tomcat（java、jsp），ColdFusionTM，MSSQL数据库，language pack这些东西用不到就不添加这个了
3、问你需不需他们的独立主机
5、不同面板转移可能比较麻烦吧，你还是自己手动转移吧他们不收费的

第五个是指数据转移还是面板转移还是两个都有，数据转移也就重新上传，但面板转移就不知道怎么操作?

但上面说是同面板不用钱，不同面板要钱的？？？

如果你现在的空间使用的是cpanel面板，要想转移到VPS的plesk面板就要收费
如果转移到VPS的cpane面板就免费
网站你自己可以转移，不用主机商帮忙转移

如果我买3个月的话，续费的时候就不用再付安装费和面板转移费了吧？
