JustHost 註冊空間時填了一個還沒有註冊的域名,結果暫停了

前天註冊他們的空間時 選擇了用自己的域名。可是我輸入了一個還沒有註冊的域名。結果晚上就收到郵件

我就寫信過去說我根本 還沒有開始用之類的意思。回信如下：

I'm forwarding this ticket to the Billing department.
They will assist you a little bit later.

我不太清楚到底是什麼意思。後來再回信給他問多久能得到處理結果？一直到今天都沒有回信。

今天一直沒有收到回復我就寫信給billing@justhost.com ，要求退款。結果半天過去了，又是沒有任何反應

請問大家。我這空間還有可能用嗎？或者退款能處理嘛？
