安装论坛的时候没有修改权限为777么？如果修改了，最大可能性就是这个引起的。如果没修改过，估计是服务器有问题，联系他们解决
hostgator主机不能修改文件夹权限，否则很容易出问题，保留所有文件夹的权限为755，
