特殊情况下的hostgator 的FTP上传密码修改

本贴是适用对象：已经成功购买 hostgator主机且已通过验证的朋友。

hostgator的帐号密码修改可以在https://secure.hostgator.com/billing/处修改，但是如果由于种种原因导致FTP密码无法修改,或者密码不能使用,可以用发信的方式修改密码.(下面所用的所有私人信息均为假)：

我发出的第一封信：

发件人:  ******@163.com
收件人: sales@hostgator.com
主  题:  Ftp password change

Hello there, i want to change my ftp password ,can you help me ?       你好，我想改FTP密码
my domain: ename.com                                                                         我的域名是ename.com
my userid: king                                                                                         我的用户名是 king
my password: 123456                                                                            我的密码是123456

I want to change my password to " master001"                                     我想改成master001

If you paid with credit card, please give us the last 4 digits of the card used for verification.

大意如下：如果你是用信用卡支付的，请告知最后卡号的后四位以便验证。
                  如果你是用paypal支付的，请告知paypal的subscription ID，或者你付款的交易号。
