现在美股已开盘，小幅上涨，算是美国周一正常上班时间了。
本人在www.jbwebhosting.com上22小时前提交的请求检查和重启VPS的tickets至今无任何回复，主页上的在线销售和技术客服依然不在线（连销售都不管了的主机商？），所有问题依旧，网站仍然处于瘫痪状态，数据无法备份和导出。

有人问：what are your ticket response times? and how long have you been in business for?
官方回答：Typically 15 - 30 minutes.. Been selling VMs for 5 years now.
