我心购买了HostGator空间，来信说：

So for example if you purchase the  BABY yearly (cost is $119), you will save $23.80 with the coupon code plus an extra $50 with my rebate offer (if you find my special code) so your total cost the first year would be only $45.20

请问中国客户可以退税吗？该有怎样的程序和手续，谢谢！
