如果您收到了第五 封信，那么
原因是：
1。你的paypal账户没有验证信用卡的，导致你的hostgator账户没有验证，hostgator需要你打电话过去
验证你的信息。
2。你的注册信息有问题（一定要填写真实信息，因为是人工检查每个账户的）。
解决办法：
方法1。根据paypal提示，验证信用卡，然后重新购买新空间。只要你有工作单位，或者
学习单位，自己到银行里办就可以了。
方法2。打电话给hostgator验证你的信息（比较简单,适合没有信用卡的朋友，比如我 ）

方法3。把身份证（或驾照，护照）扫描件发给sales验证（推荐，方便，免费）

验证工作必须及时做，也就是你刚买完空间，收到要确认的信后，就立刻去验证，否则，你的空间会被关闭,然后就会收到传说中的来自paypal的第六封信，退款通知。

解决办法：
步骤1。打电话或发信给hostgator验证你的账户（如前述）。你的帐户就会解冻.
步骤2。用你注册的用户名登陆hostgator：
