If you wish to get a new vps + 2 months credit for the data loss please open a ticket at with the New VPS required subject.

You are receiving this message because your ticket is currently marked in for provisioning of a new/replacement VPS with us. In case you have already received a new VPS and are awaiting for any further actions on our part, please disregard this email.

Please reply with your VPS IP and choice of OS. You may choose from CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu.
