域名转移到name.com遇到问题(已解决问题)

现在步骤停在3/6,写信给客服后,客服回信:
We have attempted to initiate your transfer, but the authorizationcode you provided has apparently expired during the transfersprogress. Please contact your current registrar again, and request the"EPP Authorization Code." Once you have obtained the updatedauthorization code, please contact us with the domain name beingtransferred and the new authorization code. Please note: your transfer cannot complete until we have the currentauthorization code. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

你现在域名服务商提供的EPP 认证码 过期了,让你再去要一遍, 要了后,告诉他们,他们接着帮你转

原来转移密码不是authorization/epp code,那authorization/epp code是什么?
