2G对于他们来说是小意思了他们线路是10G 可是现在的问题是攻击流量把中国到达拉斯机房中间那段大概最大容量只有2G的telefonic线路塞满了.

告诉大家不幸的消息, 我已经投诉多次了, 看下他们的回答吧, 他们根本不在乎这2G:

We have confirmed this is not an issue with our peering with Telefonica. The bandwidth utilization is normal and this is not the cause of any latency. This particular link can support 10GB of traffic and 2GB is not a large amount of traffic.

联系了SoftLayer，又说也不是他们的责任。
