This is not an "attack", but rather this is normal traffic coming to our facility. Many of our links have 2+GB of traffic and this is normal. This link would be considered at about 20% utilization, which is not cause for alarm.

这个是SL的回复，他们说，这个不是SL的网络问题，他们也想帮你们解决这个问题，但是，因为这个是中国这边的问题，他们也无能为力，2G对他们来说是个小意思，

Hello,

The 2G of bandwidth on the Telefonica link is not an issue. This is normal traffic and is not a problem. The problem appears to lie elsewhere in the connection between China and the USA.

We have attempted contacting the parties involved regarding this issue however we have not had any luck in getting to a resolution. The issue appears to not lie in the Softlayer network but rather on the other end of the connection. We are doing everything we can to help resolve this issue however since the problem is not with our network we are limited in the options we have regarding this.
