As a result, we had to disable /home/q189480/public_html/sup/admincp.php to chown'ing to root:root, and chmod'ing to 000;

Please check your scripts are optimized and up to date.

We would suggest to please look into the script's functionality and update it so such issues should not reoccur. We will not be able to provide access to the script until you do so.
