EASYCGI退款问题

In order to issue a refund, you need to cancel the account. If you wish to cancel the account, please fill out the form located at: http://www.easycgi.com/controlpanel/BillingCentral/AccountRenewal.bml .

If you wish us to cancel the account immediately, then we will deduct $15.00 as early cancellation fee from the unused portion of the payment and refund the rest of the amount to the credit card on the file.

If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.

具体是什么意思呢? 已经申请退款,没有看EASYCGI打回款项到我的信用卡的?

到了这个网页，我已经申请一周了，我的信用卡怎么到现在还没有收到EASYCGI的退款呢？

怎么办呢？

原来EASYCGI申请退款要收15美元的手续费的。。。

唉。。。。
