Thank you for your reply.
The migration to 4GH may take between 24 to 72 hours to complete. If these 503 errors persist after the upgrade completes the cause will most likely be a run-away process on one of your hosted sites that is creating too many connections. On Linux® shared hosting accounts, you can view and end FTP, SSH, and Web connections. This gives you the ability to control connections to your server and to kill run-away scripts. This should resolve the issue you're experiencing temporarily and allow you to access your sites. However, to permanently resolve the issue you will need to review your error logs and either fix or remove the script that is causing this error to occur.
To Manage Your System Processes
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the My Products section, click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
In the Content section, click System Processes.
In the list on the left, click the process you want to view or click All Processes to view all processes at once.
To end a process, click the corresponding end button on the toolbar.
Ending a process kills all current connections to the process. Any users connected to the process will have to reconnect.
Please let us know if we can help you in any other way. |
