I understand you are experiencing an issue with the domain tz-line.com. In reviewing the domains DNS settings it does not show as being directed to our network. You will need to access the account with the domain and update the nameservers to the following records.

tz-line.com (registered)
ns77.domaincontrol.com
ns78.domaincontrol.com

Changes to the settings of a domain may take up to 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just us. Please allow for this delay when planning web sites or configuring a domain to work with your services.
