在域名未满60天时，Transfer域名出现问题了（已解决问题）

现在这个域名已经过了注册期六十天了，而且没有处于 Locked 状态。于是我给Godaddy发信说我想 "Retry Transfer"。
Godaddy回信说要我确认，但我怎么确认呢？？
请有经验的达达们帮帮我。

下面的Godaddy Support的回信。
