BlueHost的速度慢.写信后他们回复内容我看不明白.

使用半年左右了 速度没改变....一直很慢. 最近已经把我慢得快要崩溃,直接写信给BlueHost,说我的访问速度太慢太慢, 但是他们回复如下 我看不明白什么意思.




以下是信件原始内容


Your server is running at an optimal level, one thing you may want to look at is that your website pulls data from outside sources, for example: shopex.5107.cn  which will slow things down.  You may also want to send us a traceroute to help us find where/if things are slowing down due to connection.

For Windows:
Click Start -> Run, type CMD, press enter. -- this brings up the command prompt.
type "tracert domain.com > c:trace.txt" (without the quotes and replace domain.com with your domain name) and press enter. --this will take a second. leave it until you get the > prompt again.

For Mac:
Open up the Terminal application (Mac HD/Applications/Utilities/Terminal)
When Terminal is open type "traceroute domain.com" (without quotes and replace domain.com with your domain name)
Once it is done select all of the results and then copy it (Edit: Copy, or command + c)

Reply to this message, and either attach, or paste the contents of "trace.txt"

说你的服务器运行在最佳状态，要你把路由忠跟踪发给他们。
开始－》运行－》输入 CMD ,输入 tracert 你的域名> c:trace.txt
然后回信把trace.txt发给他们

大漠请问 从网站从外部获取数据 这句话怎么理解 我不太明白~~ 麻烦您解释一下~


还有就是 现在BH的网站上不去了 对我们没影响吧? ~~

现在最头疼的是..网站现在我觉得等于废了..别人的BH的空间主页速度我浏览很理想..但我的却是 LOST 100% 开个网页一般是1分钟才可以打开  我现在想哭啊....

可能是你的网站从外部数据库获取数据或者是用其他方法引用了太多外部数据
网站快慢，服务器是一方面，网站程序也很重要，仔细检查一下程序看看

我的网站 没有更改过啊~.... 原来速度不错的 后来就变慢了 没修改什么地方 也没有引用外部数据库 用的都是BH自己带的数据库...图片资料全部的程序都是BH本服务器的空间.

还有个问题就是我用楼上一位仁兄的方法  开始－》运行－》输入 CMD ,输入 tracert 我的域名> c:trace.txt   后没有生成什么trace.txt 文件在C盘的根目录呢~ 请问应该如何做?

我看明白了. 他说的这个shopex.5107.cn是一个在线客服通的软件而已 我关了它速度是一样的慢的,我和他们说了的.
tracert 的文本我也发给他们看了. 以下就是他们的回复(希望大漠解释一下是什么意思 我不仅仅在家 速度慢 在哪里测试tracert 结果都是一样,我去了5个朋友家测试的结果都是这样)
我也干脆把我tracert 的文本贴出来给你看看...这个太离谱了...
